Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Welcome to AnimSoup ("we", "us"). AnimSoup is a browser-based 2D animation tool and online animation school available at animsoup.com, operated by Bader Badruddin, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or purchasing anything on AnimSoup, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
AnimSoup provides: a free browser animation tool, live online classes, video tutorials available for one-time purchase, and course terms ("terms" or "cohorts") available for one-time enrollment. We sell digital products and services only.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). Students under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, disrupt classes, or violate these terms.
3. Purchases
- All purchases are one-time payments — AnimSoup does not sell subscriptions.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes (such as VAT), and receipts. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Purchased tutorials give you personal, lifetime access to stream and download the video for your own learning. Course enrollment gives you a seat in the stated cohort, its live classes, and its materials.
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
4. Your work stays yours
Animations you create in AnimSoup belong to you. Your projects are stored on your own device by default. If you share work into a live class, you allow it to be displayed to that class for teaching purposes.
5. Our content
Tutorials, course materials, and the AnimSoup software are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). Personal licenses to view content are for you alone — please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly re-upload purchased content.
6. Live classes and recordings
Live classes may be recorded for teaching and replay purposes. You will be notified when recording is active. By participating with camera, microphone, or shared work while recording is on, you consent to appearing in the class recording.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use AnimSoup to harass others, disrupt classes, upload unlawful content, attempt to break or overload the service, or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers
AnimSoup is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions: use the contact form or email [email protected].
